These sheets have already been galvanised (hot dipped in zinc), protecting them from corrosion and rust. However, if you notice white rust, which can occur due to improper storage (such as in damp environments), it is easily treated as it is surface rust. First, it must be cleaned and sanded. Then the panels should be primed with a zinc-rich primer.

It is recommended that a pitch of 5 degrees should be the absolute minimum for a corrugated iron roof. Any lower could risk water entry into the seams.
Yes, if they have not been installed correctly, they can leak. If they have been fitted with the correct overlaps for the roof pitch and sealed, there is no reason for any leakage.
There could be several reasons this is happening. Firstly, adverse weather conditions, such as strong winds and rain, structural damage, ice damage, or heavy snow, may have prevented the seam from forming correctly during initial installation. Additionally, check whether the sealant or tape may have failed.
